im going to set my self a goal this week if any one wants to join me .........

this week i am going to....... make sure i have brocolli oe spinich ( within my limits ) with lunch and dinner

and hope to loose 2 ib

I would love to lose 2lb this week :D The food is no problem, so I'm rationing any alcohol to one day a week. We have wine this afternoon & the next time will be our wedding anniversary next Saturday :D My weigh in day is Thursday. Good luck!

My goal will be to finally restart the 30 day shred DVD and to do it at least 5 days out of 7 this week
