Prawns from the chill counter at Asda with loads of fresh tomatoes. I dont like salad but love a bowl of these.

I do EE but my I had lots of favs when I did red. Alot of it with veg or salad lol.

BBQ turkey cheeseburgers with a big side of salad and a hex of bread.
Spicy meatballs
Chilli chicken and bacon salad
Chicken with cheese and bacon and cooked veg on the side.

I love making a bacon or bacon and chicken salad. The salad shaker things you can season them with make salads so much nicer to. Sometimes I make a honey and mustard dressing using vinegar, honey and mustard mixed together which is nice on a bacon salad.
I also like to use a wholemeal pitta as my hex b and have cheese and salad filling.

I eat my lunch at home, on red days my favourites are

homemade tomato soup, 2 slices of WW bread with 2 slices of lf cheese melted on top with crispy grilled bacon

Tesco lf cumberland sausages (1 syn each), frylighted onions and mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, small wholemeal roll, banana wit yogurt and cinnamon
