Starting a Brand New Diary today as i'm Changing plan from Green to Extra Easy after 7 Months. Been getting a little bored of doing Green and i feel a change of plan will Kick Start my Weight loss.

2/8/12

Breakfast :
Scrambled Eggs, Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Cheese 30g HEXA

Snack :
Apple & Banana

Lunch:
Tikka Chicken Salad : Chicken Tikka Pieces, Mixed Salad Leaves, Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Pepper, Cucumber. Vanilla Mullerlight

Dinner :
Chickpea Dahl, Couscous, Salad : Lettuce, Cherry Toms, Cucumber

Snack :
2 Alpen Light Bars HEXB, Pickled Onions, Wafer Thin Chicken

Thanks for your message..doing ok this Week, just a little strange reverting back to EE after doing Green for so long!!But getting Loads of Superfree in so should make a diffrence this week at Weigh in..been kinda slow past few weeks :(

So I stopped SW and started calories counting (which is NOT going well - I am managing to stick around my goal but I put on 2lb last week.....it was * week but still NOT the direction I want to head in!)

So I was thinking about maybe trying red days. I have spent the last few days reading over peoples diaries and blogs and think that I just need to get back into SW and give it my all. I don't know why calorie counting has been so bad for me!

Yeah really chuffed how this week has went, as i was very Wary of Doing the EE Plan again as i found i lost weight better on Green. But i think my body needed a wee change of foods etc and its certainly paid off. Have to say regarding your weight slowing down on EE, This happened to me before on the plan..i dont know if you maybe had this problem like i did before.. i can admit i was terrible at having my 1/3 Superfree on my plate at each meal either forgetting to add or just not trying to cover this important part of the plan as it really is essential

So this week ive upped my Superfree with my meals and also for snacking on and its paid off really well ;) So much so im definately sticking to EE for the forseable Future im Converted again :D Also for Red Plan i gave it a go for 1 Week and didnt lose an Ounce..i just think certain plans suit certain people..i really hope you can find the plan that suits you best..look forward to hearing how you get on x

Going to a Chinese Buffet tonight, been here loads of times and have quite a good choice for keeping Syns Low :)Tend to stick to Salad for Starters, Boiled Rice, Chicken/Beef Blackbean Sauce or Chicken/Beef & Mushroom, Noodles for Mains and Fruit Cocktail for Deserts..so will use all leftover syns for today to hopefully cover this.

Syns : 4.5 Used - 11.5 towards Chinese Buffet shouldnt be much more if any!
Fluids : Pint Water, Pint Diet Coke
HEXB : Slice Wholemeal Bread
HEXA : 3 Low Low Cheese Slice,
