LHS's diary : I must lose this weight once and for all!

Hi all,
I'm hoping that writing this diary will help me in my quest to get back to the weight I was when i got married 6 years ago!!! In that six years I have had a baby and am 2 stone 5 pounds heavier. I have done WW successfully years ago but I seem to have got in a habit of starting it (or any diet really: I've tried them all!) and then losing 4-5 pounds then forgetting about it for the weekend and binging Fri pm/Sat/Sun all day. I guess this makes me the worst of the yo yo dieters!!! So far this year I have started WW about 3 times, tried Celebrity Slim diet for a week, looked into doing Atkins and now realise that WW works and I just have to be very strict with myself expecially at weekends.
I am a typical binge eater, this weekend my husband was away and I ate a ridiculous amount of food,
I have a hen do in two weeks time and I don't want to feel as bloated as I do today for that night out, hopefully could lose 6-7 pounds by then if I am good! 6 weeks from now I have the wedding and it would be lovely to have lost near on a stone - which I think is realistic, again if I am strict with myself.
I'm not looking any further than that at the moment, but ultimately I would love to get to goal this year! I think once the first stone has gone, it will be harder and slower to lose the rest.
I'm going to list some goals for my signature and then update this everyday

Thanks for all your positive messages! After spending hours reading through a lot of the posts on here, I know I will get a lot of motivation from you all!
Anyway, day two, last night was ok. Well to be honest I ate next to nothing during the day as I had a day from hell at work.
Day conisisted of
B/F Bowl of carrots, cucumber, chery tomatoes left from picnic on Sunday! So 0 points
Lunch - bowl of bran flakes and skimmed milk - 2.5
Dinner - prawn stir fry with egg noodles - approx 5 points
Supper (!) Left overs of veggie rice dish guessing 7 points
So over all I had my points, saving 4 for the weekend.
I wouldn't normally eat so much in the evening during the week, my points are more normally spread, however today I still haven't eaten, must go and make something now. Today is going to be a day from hell as well, I'm not hungry as so stressed, but then I know I will get to a point whether its today or in the next few days, where I think I haven't eaten much, lets make up for it and binge eat/drink about 50 points. I must not let myself get to that stage.

Day three, I know I started on Monday but my weigh in day is going to be a Wednesday ( due to me probably using saved points at the weekends!) so I weighed myself and I've lost 3 pounds! Yes its probably all water, but its given me a good push and cheered me up!Yesterday I was good again, apart from missing breakfast, I had:
lunch - left over stir fry - 6 pts
dinner WW Ocean pie with peas and carrots - 5.5pts
snacks - crisps 1.5, apple 0.5
13.5 points - on the low size, but 4 points saved for the weekend. 8 points altogether now.
As I am now on day one for this week, my goals are to get through the weekend, and to drink lots of water, i've not been doing that this last few days. Also I am going to keep away from the scales until next Wednesday.

Thanks all for your messages! Weekend went well apart from Sunday where i ended up eating nachos!! Not good, but after eating my food today, I'm only 4 points over my allowance for the week, so if i stick to 16 points tomorrow I'll have evened it all out!
saturday I even cooked enchilladas for the boys and I only had one with a big plate of salad. normally I would have had half the pack!!!!
Looking forward to Wednesday to see how I've done.
I have to save some points for this weekend as I have a hen do on Saturday night, so I imagine cocktails will be on the menu! Think I might stick to vodka and diet coke!!

I'm really annoyed with myself, i got on the scales before my weigh in and had only lost another pound, so thats 4 pounds in 9 days, well thats not that bad really is it seeing it written down. I guess I want to magically lose a stone very quickly, but I have to think that it has taken me over two years to put this weight on, its going to take a while to go. I think I'm annoyed as I weighed in last Wednesday and had lost 3 pounds in three days. and now since then I've only lost another pound.
I'll weigh in tomorrow and that can be my official weigh in.
This next weeks goals will be to drink more water, i've hardly drunk any this last week - probably accounts for the lack of weight loss! I must do some excercise, I have so many excercise dvds, I'm going to try to get up that much earlier and do it first thing in the morning before anyone else is up.
Anyway, food for today:
Bran flakes and Skimmed Milk - 2.5
Pork Loin Chop with nandos sauce (last nights leftovers!) and salad 7 points
Cod fillet(2.5), new potatoes (3) peas and carrots (2)
total 17 points

Weighed in this morning and I've lost 7 pounds!!! that 'll teach me to sneak a peek before weigh in day!!! I'm so happy! I've even managed to fit into a pair of size 12 trousers that I bought at Xmas for when I lose weight!!
Now if I can lose 2lb a week, I could get to goal in 14 weeks -1st week in August, so I could be nice and slim for some of the summer then!!!
This weeks aims, as I said yesterday, more water and excercise and to try and lose 2 pounds

Todays menu:
bran flakes + skim milk - 2.5

salad, mayo and 100g chicken - 3.5

tuna, veg and new potaotos - 6

fruit - 2

14 points - saving 4 for the weekend

OK, i'm back after a fab weekend although not so fab on the food front!!! friday night I stuck to my points. Saturday, I didn't count anything. I had a cheese sandwich for lunch and in the evening on the hen do we were just drinking continuous champagne, then afterwards we all got cheesey chips!!! so healthy!!!
Yesterday started with a sausage bagette to feed the hangover then chips at lunch and a slice of pizza in the evening. So a very bad bad bad weekend!!! But it was worth it. Now I need a few days of being very good - thinking salads and stir frys!!! two days till weigh in, not looking forward to it!
