Hi,

Back again! Got married and lost a stone to fit into my dress. Been five months since my wedding and the weight has slowly crept back on. I felt good at 10stone so would like to get back there.
My intake today:

well I weighed and was quite a few pounds more than I thought. 11stone 2lb 30% body fat :( So I now have to lose pretty much 2lb a week to get to get to 10stone for new years eve. I think the news has just made me slightly more motivated.

No more than 1100 calories a day for me :(

Hello Shanny - thanks for checking in. Yes I'm ok, lost my willpower. In general I haven't been eating too much but I can't stay away from the chocolates :(
