Decided to have a green day today - know i could do this for totally free on red, but i like more than 35g of pasta!

Wednesday (Day 1)

Breakfast - 42g All-bran (HEX B) and milk (HEX A)

Lunch - 2 egg omelette with peppers, cooked ham (2 syns) and tomatoes.
Large wedge of melon

Supper - pasta, tuna and reduced fat cheese (HEX A)

Total 2 syns - may have more later

looks good, maybe add some fruit or HM soup to ensure you get your 5 a day. Even pre sw I aimed to eat 5 a day for general health.

Yeah thats the one thing i'm really really bad at! Think i lived the student lifestyle for far too long. Definitely going to make a serious effort to up my intake of fruit and veg.
