I think you need to send in the spud police, for crimes against skimmers.

Queenie - will do ;)

Pesty - I know been so busy at work! Had a hectic day yesterday and no breakfast or lunch. By 3pm I was seriously flagging so had a skinny caramel latte in Starbucks (grins stupidly!) and some of their fruit toast. Not SW friendly but not terrible on cals either. For dinner had a ready meal, lentil moussaka, again not to bad on cals so although it wasn't a SW'y day I don't think it was too terrible!

Weighed in this morning. Happy to say 5lb off, that has made a bit of a dent in my gain!

It wasn't my favourite out of my new cookbook but was ok. It was very easy and quick to cook too so will be a standby for me. But I enjoyed the Egg Foo Yung, Tagliatelle Fungi and Basmati and Nut Pilaf way more. They will definitely be on my regular meals list x

Well done on your loss huni!!!!

You've got me intrigued, what cook book are you using?

Q

Thanks Pesty xxx

Queenie - I am using a book called "Vegetarian Cooking and Vegetable Classics" by Roz Denny & Christine Ingram. Can recommend it but couldn't tell you where I got it! It has been sat in the cupboard a while and only got it out since starting back on SW.

Day off yesterday from SW. Great night out with friends, lots of dancing on tables :banana dancer: so I am hoping the body magic will outweigh the yummy food. Hey ho, I will know come WI. This week is also * week so could be heading for a STS but going to give it 100% for the rest of the week anyway.

Your food diary really is an inspiration. Sounds like your night out with the girls was fabulous, hope that the dancing does cancel out the food.
