I normally have 6 Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbread each morning as my B choice but my son went shopping this week (as I have broken my foot) and picked up Lidl, Rivercote Wheat Crispbread as they were cheaper and he thought he was doing me a favour. Having checked out the sin value a 30grm serving is 5½ sins.
Each Wholegrain Crackerbread biscuit is 1 sin and they weigh about 5g each so by my reckoning a 30grm servicing (6 biscuits) would be about the same sin value SO does this mean that I could have the Wheat Crispbread as a B choice instead of the Crackerbread?
