Lightheaded lack of concentration

Hi

Have any of you noticed finding it hard to concentrate or lightheadedness when on this diet? Is this normal or isit just me

I get it too... It's what puts me off.... (I'm a restarter)

I found this during the first couple of weeks, but since then I've been OK as long as I keep my fluids up.

Yep on first week i was the same but ok now keep the water going in!! X
