Am on my 5th day of ss re start but was wondering when i can expect the energy to kick in....have been in ketosis since day 2, but had a session with physio today and i'm shattered already and have a long course of physio after breaking my leg:). had 1st shake straight after but feel like i weigh a ton if ya get what i mean just wanna go to bed but i'm at work lol....so when should i expect to get some energy:D or does it look like i'm unlucky and won't get that from ketosis:rolleyes: btw i am glugging the water:p.
 
I was in week two of my restart before I had the energy back, stick with it... surprising after a 20 min gym session I had loads of energy (in week 2)
 
are you well otherwise? because this could be a factor
and it was over a week before I felt really 'back to normal' on the diet
