Is this your 1st day. did you enjoy your strawberry shake, I found it quite sickly. I mostly have the vanilla hot with coffee. Yummy. Keep that water close by.:)

Hi guys, best advice I got from here which I followed from day one was to get a cheap hand-blender and do the shakes with plenty of ice with the water and I really, really enjoy them!

Hi I'm on my 10 day now and am hanging in there.

I'm feeling better as the days go on and each morning when I wake up I think another day done and feel quite proud.
Also mixing shakes with crushed ice is the best way they taste really nice.
