I am finding this time around MUCH easier on CD because I know its for a short period. It was starting it at 19 stone that was hard!

I'm still torn between 2-3 stone loss and if I don't find something out of the packs that I like I'll fail.

Aye, staying strong. :angel09: Day 3 again now. It's not been too bad again this time around. Had the old getting-into-ketosis headache yesterday but that's gone today. It's all good.

I hardly dare say anything else in case it all goes wrong! :cross:
