Thursday - a Rubbish Day!

Breakfast - x 2 slices wholemeal toast, x 5 laughing cow light, marmite

BGTY Crisps/walkers crisps, alpen light bar - no lunch as too busy, this was lunch

chicken and veg homemade soup (looking forward to this as starving!)

exercise - walked dog for 40 mins before work
 
Friday Menu

Breakfast - x 2 activia fat free yog. x 2 alpen light bars and a banana

lunch - tesco ravioli

tea - son is cookign spag bol for the first time! I may skip the pasta and have some bacon with the beef mince sauce, or some veg of some sort

snacks - so far a chocolate vienesse whirl (special offer in Tesco), to be honest not very nice - the plain ones are better

exercise - 45 min run. Got weighed at gym, no weight lost but body fat % down to 25.9%
