Tomorrow's food.

EE
Breakfast - 2 Boiled Eggs, Melon Slices, Green Tea
Lunch - Mushroom Omelette
Dinner - 200g Garlic and Herb King Edward Potatoes(4 Syns) Chicken with a spicy crust, Peppers, Mushrooms
Snack - 2 x bread(7) 40g Low Low Cheese(HexA) Crisps(5 Syns) Highlights(2), 2 Alpen Light(HexB)

Ooh like the look of your dinner tomorrow. Do you find you do better on green or ee? X

I dunno really, i did go through about 6 months of doing just green days but never got big losses, threw in some ee days and my losses were getting bigger. I like ee because i know my superfree intake is important so i don't think 'sod it, it doesn't matter if i don't have superfree' but then i love green days because i like having extra healthy extra's. I love my meat though so ee is probably my fav! X

I do like meat too but like extra hexes. Oh well lol. Will try a bit of all 3 me thinks..i do struggle with sf. X
