Lins1990 For I know the plans I have for you

    19.3.14 Weigh in last night and i was 15 st 2 lbs

    20.4.14 Right here we go again I've been struggling for a few months but my leader has put me on the super speed plan so this is my first day so I'm going to write things down and if anyone has tried this or has any advice please let me know :
    Breakfast : 2 slice of bread and 1 egg ( 1 B choice )
    Snack : Tea with milk (1 A choice )
    Lunch : 2 slice of bread, salad and tuna ( 2nd B choice )
    Snack : Apple
    Dinner : Homemade lentil soup, Gammon joint, baby boil potatoes and peas , sugar free jelly 1 small drifter bar (5syns)
    Snack : Crisps (3syns)
    Supper : Crackers x 4 1x square cheese (1 x A choice and 8syns)
    Abit over but not bad for 1st day starting back lol
