    Hi,
Wondering if someone can help out, I have just bought brown linseeds from tesco in the whole foods section. Looking at the carb count it seems very high. Have I bought the wrong thing? I made my first mim with a 40g sample packet from h and b and it was lovely so I am eager to get some more but on a budget!

Sorry Crazy - it's a balance between budget and carbs.

Flex Flax (google to find sellers) is about £4-something - but carb free.

Holland and Barrett brown linseed is 0.7g carbs per 100g - and is cheaper, and they do sometimes do 2 for the price of 1. I use this one myself and grind it at home, using a coffee grinder I got for about £9 on eBay :D
