Just wondering if I'd screw myself up completely by taking a spoonful of linseeds with water? I really really don't want to go down the Senokot or Dulcolax road again and linseeds will do the job (no pun intended ) without the side effects. I'm so tempted but don't want to knock myself out of ketosis; on the other hand my understanding of linseeds is that you don't digest them so I'm wondering if, like Fibreclear, they work without knocking you out? I can't afford to up my Fibreclear any more than I'm taking.
