Fantastic and well done for staying 100% through LO birthday!! Delighted for you! I'm going well, touch of the cold but other than that 5 weeks down and going strong (ish) lol!

Was tough but worth it. Few more weeks now and ill be finished :) Poor you with the cold but i see you have great loss so far well done. hope the cold clears soon for you.
 
Yah was tough going when the food got delivered and it was some spread. Goujans, sausages etc oh the smell was tempting but just kept mingling to keep myself distracted. Loads of comments about weight loss so that helped. Just told people i was running & swimming as well as eating healthy. Only OH and my in laws know im on lipo. Dont want the negativity from people about shakes are not good, you will put it all back on. Have piece of birthday cake frozen for when i do come off :)

Well done on the loss of 3 stone 1lbs in 6 weeks thats excellent. You must feel so much more energy with that gone. good luck for your weigh in.

i truly dont blame you for limiting who you tell, negativity is rife with people about LT .. It's just not worth it is it.

Hi All,

Here are my latest stats lost 4 lb this week so total loss so far is 54lbs. I am now on week 11 day 2 and have stayed 100% throughout. I have now lost 3 stones and 11lbs :). I have resisted breaking so far and hope to keep going until mid April if i can. Hope you are all getting on well.

Welcome back yah gonna try for another couple of weeks and get down to 12 stone even. Just back from my weigh in and dropped 9lb this week so I'm now 12st 5lb and in great form. Had early weigh in today as I'm off work today so I must retain a lot of water usually weigh in at 5pm.
How are you getting on?

9lbs is amazing!!!! You must be over the moon. You'll defo hit 5lbs off in the next couple of weeks. Easy peasy for you :) I always weigh less in the morning, I think most people do. You should maybe do morning weigh ins from now on lol.

Im going great thank you. Over my bronchitis and back to my fighting self :)

Had weigh in on Friday morning for a change and have another 9lb gone so feeling good now :). Only difference this week was i went for morning weigh in as i was off work, would usually weigh in @ 5pm after work. Maybe i should of just went morning weigh more often :) So far i have been 100% with no cheating (was tough this weekend with all the easter eggs about). I find weekends the hardest but am trying to keep busy to avoid giving in to any tempatations. The end goal is going to be worth all this hard work.

Yah was delighted i really must retain a serious amount of water during day as there would probably be a 6 pound difference between my morning weight and evening one. If i had of done this earlier i could of finished weeks ago :) Going to see how tomorrows weigh in goes and might do another week to get below 12st just to give me few pounds to play with :).

Afternoon all, just back from weigh in. I lost 6lbs this week so im now 11st 10lb, im delighted. Start my refeed from today Friday 17th April. Very nervous but looking forward to food again :) How is everyone else getting on? Very quiet on this forum these days.

Hi, i am now 3 weeks back eating normal food. So far i have gained 2lb, didnt gain on refeed or week after but gained this week. Pharmacist said not to worry as its water retention due to antibotics im on. I am worried though as i dont want the weight to be creeping back up. Im watching what i eat but im worried that im going to keep going like this and put weight back up. Just wondering how everyone else is getting on seems like a ghost town round here. Im excercising more and eating healthly yet still put weight back on. I have never eaten so much salad and chicken and i have stayed away from the junk food. So frustrated with weigh going up. Anyone out there with any advice?
 
I would agree, try not worry over 2lb, it's going to fluctuate till you're happy with managing things. See how you do this next week and if in any doubts, talk to the pharmasist. :) keep going, it's an amazing story.
