Lipotrim Maintenance Meals

Hi Everybody,

I should be changing from TFR to Maintneance Programme in a couple of weeks. Just wondering How many maintenance Meals do I use if I am wanting to use the Maintenance Programme to help me to continue lose weight?

Just make sure your meal/s are balanced and healthy
