Had a mixup with the plan, Im not on TFR (not long back from a real chemist, I've signed up with my parter and start tomorrow 
)
I was told over the phone by the online chemist that the items Id ordered were all Id need to get started on LT. This being 1 months suply of LT MAINTENECE sachets/bars!
Glad Ive joined this site, else I would have not found out that I was doing the wrong thing
We start tomorrow on TFR, and are very excited
One question re constipation (sorry, I know we've only just met, lol)
I read on here that some people take ducolax. I mentioned this to the pharmecist, she said we must take this, or anything, other than the stuff she has (its in a small green tub, fiberclear?)
I suffer from IBS and am dreading any 'issues' that may arise.
