I would recommend speaking to chucknorris.. if you search for him in the search bar you will come across him..

The tips he gave me were.. to get two bottles of water.. and to finish those in the day.. thats what he did.. and he set himself mini goals.. like get though week 1, week2.. if there is anything specific you would like to know.. please post your questions here..

Hi Christi

Trick is to take one day at a time, to think in weeks / months at the beginning is too much. Make sure you get between 2-4l of water a day and stay 100%
