The first week is the hardest but if you stick to it then the reward is a fantastic first weigh in.
We are here to help and support you if you need us and believe me, it has been a real help to me to pop on here and read posts and talk to others.
Drink plenty of water and do everything you can to take your mind off food. Long walks, bubble baths, early nights have worked for many.
