I have tried all sorts of diets and i am just getting bigger and bigger each time so i am now going to try counting 1,100 calories a day and see how i go.

LOL it may not have been a good start but it was an honest one and that is part and parcel of CCing... you have to be honest about what you are putting in your mouth only then can you analyse what is going well for you.

Great job today and you had wine as well yayy!
 
It wasn't a bad start!! You eased yourself in gently. That's all part of the plan lol ;) good luck for the rest of the week!!
