Lisas get back into a size 10 food diary

I am annoyed at myself today as I was at work yesterday from 9am-1am. 15 hours. 5:30pm-1am was stock take. I was starving and everyone ordered a pizza in so I had some. Ahhhhh

I know. This weekend is going to be hard too. We ate going to York Saturday and Whitby Monday. It's our 1 year anniversary. I feel so annoyed at myself lately x
 
Wow, that is such a long day at work! No wonder you were starving and had some of the pizza. It's so frustrating when there are things out of your control.

Try not to worry about the weekend too much & enjoy it. Sometimes life just gets in the way of diets - as long as you get straight back on plan afterwards (which can be easier said than done!) it shouldn't do too much damage.

I know I am exhausted today. Had about 3 diet red bulls already(which I know is bad). We are going on holiday on 15 September so after this weekend I am going to success express it everyday. Final push. Xxx
