Hi all


I have done SW before a few times and I love it, decided to start again and have a fresh start.

I currently weigh 12.13 and would like to get back to 10.7, pre university weight 6 years ago.

I do mainly green days but have delved into EE, I don't eat meat but I have started to eat fish for health reasons as I wasn't getting enough iron and omegas.

I am getting a little stuck with EE, so any help on my diaries would be fantastic.

Took the niece and nephew into a cafe for a drink and a bun, the little one didn't want 3/4 of her bun, it was hard but I resisted :)

SOOO hungover today and a 4 hour drive back home from Surrey .... At least I can sleep in the back :)
