Lisas get back into a size 10 food diary

Here to subscribe :) my lovely sister doesn't eat meat but occasionally has fish so looking for some ideas of stuff to cook when I'm making dins for her.x

Due to yesterday's blow out Eton mess, I am limiting myself to 5 syns per day.

Breakfast muffin recipie

2 weetabix (b choice or 6 syns)
2 beaten eggs
Sweetener
Ff yog or muller light (1/2 small pot was ok for me
Vanilla extract

Mix all together and put in bun cases/muffin cases. I used the silicone ones. 180o for approx 25 mins

Makes 4
B choice for whole recipie or 6 syns

Are the weetabix muffins nice? Could you cook them the night before and eat the next morning do you think? x

They are ok not the best. You could save them yes. They are better with yoghurt on top xx

I weigh in on a Monday evening. Thank you it's so hard to get back 100% on it after 2 weeks away. I'm trying though. Gained 1/2 stone. Feel like kicking myself :( xx
