Going to Florida for the first time

An embarrassing moment with an old friend
And the plots and endings of some favourite books - but only so I could read them again as if for the first time!

5 things (books/films/whatever) that have had an impact on you

5 things that have had an impact on me:

1. The World War 2 exhibition at the Imperial War Museum, London. Seeing the atrocities of the war made me feel sick to my stomach.
2. The Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables - the first two musicals I ever saw on stage in London. They kick started my love of musical theatre.
3. The Crucible, a play by Arthur Miller. It sent chills down my spine as I realised how easily a situation of mass hysteria can be induced and the devastating consequences such hysteria may have.
4. A song called Where Do We Draw the Line by a Finnish band called Poets of the Fall. The lyrics are beautiful and touched my soul.
5. The song Abide With Me. It was played at my grandfather's funeral, and although I love the hymn I can't listen to it anymore without crying. The same goes for Make Me A Channel of Your Peace which was played at my father's funeral.

List your 5 biggest inspirations in life

Really struggling with this one!

So far I can only think of 2. 3 at a pinch.
It may take a while.

Ok. These may not make much sense to anyone else, and they're more in the sense of inspiring thoughts to lead me on, but:

To do unto others as I'd have them do unto me.
To be someone my mum would have been proud of. Again.
For my daughter to have a better life than I have.
To be loved, and to be worthy of it.
And just to show 'em that you can't keep a good 'un down.

That's a bit serious, for me!

Liam Neeson (far too old for me, but there is something about him!)

On the flipside, list 5 celebs that lots of people seem to "fancy" but you feel are overrated...
