Lite? Need help!

Hi all, after being on total for 9 months I need to move to lite for s few weeks to see if this improves my health.

The only problem is I don't know what to make for my meals and it's worrying. I'm a vegetarian so just wondering would I be allowed all of the quorn things as long as they have the same nutritional value as the plain peices? Really stuck here so any advice welcome as my counsellor hasn't helped at all x

Hi cass I'm veggie too, I bought thelite cookbook from LLC, its really good, it explains amoynts of protein etc to look for as well as portion suze. There are two books, both £14 each which is steep but worth it. Have a look next time u go to class, I'm going to get the other one later. I'm still on total but starting to plan!
