Pretty new to all this. Is it totally wrong to have little syns? I feel I am eating a lot but not using a lot of syns. I am the kind of person that if I have a little of something "bad " I want to eat everything in sight!!! Will this affect my weight loss? I am having between 3 - 8 at the moment depending on day. Most of these are used for salad dressing, salad cream and rich teas!
