Little Tip....

    I was speaking to my chiropractor today and she says rather than eat fruit after a meal eat it before as fruit digests alot quicker than other foods,so rather then sitting on top of the food and digesting quicker than stuff eaten earlier making that harder/take longer to digest it works in the opposite way. don't imagine it will help with weight loss but it will reduce bloating. Don't know if this is helpful to anyone but thought it was worth knowing

    Thanks for sharing that peachy, its quite interesting to know and makes sense really. All these little tips on this site just might help to make bigger losses and anything to reduce bloating which means you can wear smaller clothes plus feel more comfortable, is a bonus :) x x

    Would also fill you up a little more than eating on an empty stomach, so you would eat less too, presumably?

    This is one of the basic principles of "food combining". Personally, I don't think it makes any sense at all.
