I was speaking to my chiropractor today and she says rather than eat fruit after a meal eat it before as fruit digests alot quicker than other foods,so rather then sitting on top of the food and digesting quicker than stuff eaten earlier making that harder/take longer to digest it works in the opposite way. don't imagine it will help with weight loss but it will reduce bloating. Don't know if this is helpful to anyone but thought it was worth knowing
