Where's Skinny Minnie?
Starting a food diary as I'm a total novice at WW so need to make sure I'm writing it down and hopefully doing it right.
First class was this morning, so Day One....
B - None (went to class, although thinking about it I should have eaten something to weigh me down a bit lol. Trying to make sure I do the same things each week to keep it consistent though)
L - Asda Chick Pea Dahl (6), Half Tilda Mushroom Rice (2.5), Flour Tortilla (2)
D - Sainsbury's Basics Fishermans Pie (5)
Snacks - Peach (0.5), 150g Strawberries (0.5)
Exercise - Rest Day
