So, I've just completed my first week and I've lost....3 pounds! It's not quite as much as I was hoping for but still it's a step in the right direction :D

Found it quite tricky to stick too, really, especially as I'm sitting exams right now and the stress makes me want to bury my head in the biscuit tin. I admit that I cracked a few times(muffin, some Ben and Jerrys).
But still....3 down!

That's a fantastic start!
Get yourself a bag of something that you like that's not so sinful like carrots and a cucumber! you can make a dip with crème fraiche at 3%fat, salt and pepper, loads of chopped chives and at 0.5 points for 2 soup spoons of cream it makes a really tasty dip.

3lbs is a good start especially if you know you've had a couple of blips. we're all human and it happens to us all
