I feel your frustration as I suffered from the same thing. It was though my body was refusing to co-operate and was hanging on to the weight because it wondered if it was being starved! It often lead to a bit of a binge which sometimes got things moving in the right direction again. The usual recommendation is to persevere and check you are taking plenty of fluid on board - not necessarily water.

I've just renewed my gym membership, which has put a big hole in my pocket, but the gym is the only real way I can get myself to exercise consistently. Hopefully this will help get things moving.

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast:
2 eggs fried in Fry Light
Courgette
1 slice of wholemeal toast with 30g cheddar (HEA and HEB)

A friend of mine had an emergency, so I've been off the radar for the past couple of days, which is why I haven't posted. Fortunately I've managed to stay mostly on plan! I will resume posting here tomorrow.

Breakfast:
Bran flakes with coconut milk (HEB 1 + HEA 1)
2 Alpen Light bars (HEB 2)
1 Apple

Meals will be added as the day goes on.
