Hi Ladies,
I'm popping in from the Total forum to ask for some advice.
I've been on LLT for 11 weeks and after losing 3 stone, my weight losses seemed to have slowed down.
My LLC decided to put me on LLL for a week to give my metabolism a kick up the bum (
)
I have to say I am really scared of starting to eat again.
I don't know what to cook, how much should I eat and when. I do have the book of course but if you can give me any advice, any at all i'd really appreciate it!
I really could do with some support.
I'm terrified of putting weight on after I complete this week. Is there even a point of me doing LLL for a while and then come back on Total?
I still have over 2 stone to lose and I really want to achieve it!
