LLL break from Total

Hi Ladies,

I'm popping in from the Total forum to ask for some advice.
I've been on LLT for 11 weeks and after losing 3 stone, my weight losses seemed to have slowed down.
My LLC decided to put me on LLL for a week to give my metabolism a kick up the bum (;))
I have to say I am really scared of starting to eat again.
I don't know what to cook, how much should I eat and when. I do have the book of course but if you can give me any advice, any at all i'd really appreciate it!
I really could do with some support.
I'm terrified of putting weight on after I complete this week. Is there even a point of me doing LLL for a while and then come back on Total?
I still have over 2 stone to lose and I really want to achieve it!

Hey magic, nice to see you on the lite side!! I have found that the best meal to have real food for is dinner as evening time us when I tend to get most hungry as I am around the house. But it doesn't matter when you eat as long as it's one meal.

I pretty much stuck to the portions in the book plus as many veg as I felt hungry for and I found that I stayed in ketosis most of the time. I have posted some recipes on the forum but if you I'M me your email I can send you a whole bunch I typed up for my group.

I love lighterlife lite, it's working for me. It is quite a challenge to go from total to one week of lite and then return to total so I can understand you are concerned.

However, you have done fantastically well in losing 3 stone so are already a winner and you know how to stay in control.

Jen's recipes are lovely so I'm sure you will find some you like.

Hiya, well done on your amazing weight loss. Don't fret about coming onto Lite. I usually have my meal at dinner time with loads (and i mean loads) of veg. My councillor lets us have unlimited amounts of veg throughout the day and we can split our protein over two meals if we want. I started out doing this then my appetite decressed so much that I now only have one meal a day. Either way, my weight loss is the same.

If you gain weight on your first week on Lite then it won't be "real" weight,it'll just be your body adjusting.

Thanks ladies. I will have a look at the recipes. For now I'm just keeping it simple and just have some quorn or tofu with veg (I'm vegetarian).
Ideally I would like to carry on with abstinence until I reach my goal weight. I felt great on it and the weight was coming off fast. I stupidly weighed myself this morning and the scales show 2lbs more!
It freaked me out big time. I'm actually looking forward to going back on total now. I'm not sure which is more concerning. Weight gain or the fact I'm looking forward to not eating...
I'm confused.com lol
