Lloyd Grossman Pasta Sauce

These are my absolute favorite pasta sauces but guess they very fattening as have lots of oil etc in...I am on Green and wonder could anyone be kind enough to tell me their syn value? I eat mainly the basil and tomato and the primavera pasta sauces. Many thanks

puttanesca pasta sauce - 350g - 16 syns on either day
smoky bacon pasta sauce - 350g - 20 syns on either day
sweet red pepper pasta sauce - 350g - 15 syns on either day
tomato and balsamic pasta sauce - 350g - 16.5 syns on either day
tomato and basil pasta sauce - 350g - 16 syns on either day
tomato and chargrilled vegetable pasta sauce - 350g - 15.5 syns both
tomato and marscapone pasta sauce - 350g - 25 syns on both
