Local restaurant menu help!

I'm out for dinner with a crowd from work tomorrow night for dinner. I would really appreciate some advice on the best SW-friendly choices and what you think I should syn etc.. I'm not picky so I'll eat anything

I was thinking maybe the steak and market vegetables?

I know all those are free when you cook at home with fry lite etc... how many syns would you use for the steak and market veg in a restaurant?

I would ask for Veg without butter so they would be Free and it all depends how they Cook your steak as to syns (ask how its cooked) and if cooked with Oil ask for it without and trim all fat when it arrives
