Lolas loss!

hiya!

I have been so slack posting my diary but pretty much stuck to plan! my prob is im a bit all or nothing, I can go without crisps for weeks and then once I start I cant stop!! weekends are sooooooo tough - the days are fine but the evenings hard!!
3 litres of water sounds great I will defo aim for that!

ok so i've been a bit rubbish at posting my diary this week and I think its because I've been letting treats sneak in so at least i've realised that posting on here keeps me on track! so here goes......

Wednesday - Green

Breakfast - grapes (had loads in the fridge so just snacking on them all morning really!)

Snack - muller light yogurt and more grapes!

Lunch - mug shot the less than 1% fat one so I think free.

Dinner - Jacket potato, with salad leaves, sweetcorn, tomatoes, cucumber and 225g of tuna (HEB1 and HEB2) with mayo - hoping to go out and buy some light mayo but if end up with full fat the all syns will go on this!

HEB1- Tuna
HEB2 - Tuna

Syns - prob 15 on mayo!
