Looking for a better rate

Okay, coming away from diet talk here totaly ....
I'm looking to get a better mortgage rate , i'm with Nationwide and its 7.7 which i know i can get better deal I've had my mortgage since 1996 and its more now than when i started . Does anyone have any advice

Sonia's friend Karen put me on to London and Country, they're very good. I've just tried to copy and paste the link but it won't work sorry. But I'm sure if you google it you'll find their site. The lady I'm in touch with has been very helpful.
