0 carbs/ fat/ sugars

and a trace of salt

Tesco also do diet ginger beer!! Which also has zero everything (or maybe just 1 cal per can)

i never looked at the ginger beer but will check it next time im in... they also have an offer on their 4 packs of canned drinks... 99p for a 4 pack or 2 packs for £1.50

Asda's diet cream soda (even though its slightly higher at 2cals per can) come in packs of 6 for 75p!!!

its too sweet for me and the ginger beer is too fiery lol

I will do some more coke-free days.
This stuff is so addictive and it bothers me.
Tonight, only tea and water for me.
