    It's been ages since I had a food diary so here goes...
    after far too many valentines celebrations yesterday I'm back on the ww straight and narrow today :)
    b - porridge - 5pp
    l - nandos veggie burger and mixed leaf salad, tomato ketchup - 14
    d - veggie pasta, apples and toffee mullerlight - 12
    sn toast and jam - 6
    total - 37
    day 1
    weeklies 10/49

    exercise - 5 mile run - ? PP
    B beans on pitta and cheese - 11
    L soup and fruit, mullerlight - 8
    D - not sure yet!
