Hello again, well my diet is going very well for me, and I'm finding it easier to stick too than last year.

Anyway, as I'm losing the lbs, there seems that I still have a bit of a belly/flab/loose skin. I have searched and read other threads on this site regarding the same problem, however there is a mixture as to engage in exercise in order to tone it up or not.

Will any form of exercise slow my weight loss, and what it the most recommended form of "home" exercise for tightening your abs?

I would suggest sit ups, or if you're lazy like me then a slendertone belt. On a VLCD we should be avoiding too much cardio exercise as it can put your body in to stavation mode and slow your weight loss down. I've just started using a power plate at the gym (again lazy exercise) it's fab for toning. I can really feel that my muscles have had a good work out and it only takes 15 minutes!

I also have loose skin on my tummy and have searched the internet for some answers on how to excersise to rid it, all mixed responces so I am interested to see if anyone here has had results.

As for home AB excersises I find the abdominisers are good, Argos do them from £7+, I have one and you can really feel it working.
