Hello again, well my diet is going very well for me, and I'm finding it easier to stick too than last year.
Anyway, as I'm losing the lbs, there seems that I still have a bit of a belly/flab/loose skin. I have searched and read other threads on this site regarding the same problem, however there is a mixture as to engage in exercise in order to tone it up or not.
Will any form of exercise slow my weight loss, and what it the most recommended form of "home" exercise for tightening your abs?
