loosing for Mexico

    A little bit about me....

    I am 23 and used to be a very happy size 8, this was however 5 years ago :sigh:, I then worked in a bar, unsociable hours and alcohol on tap meant the pounds piled on! At this stage I had reach 10.5 stone and was getting worried :eek: .

    After 4.5 years I left bar work and moved into an office job, sitting down, cake runs, breakfast butty's and all the rest meant another 2 stone hit me like a bus in only 10 Months!!! :cry:

    At this point I decided enough was enough. However I lacked motivation and needed inspiration...Inspiration then cam in the form of a break to Mexico in September.

    so after my little story.... I need to loose at least 2.5 stone to feel comfortable on Holiday, I need to do this in 17 Weeks!!

    I managed to loose 7.5 pounds in my first week :p , so my diary starts at week 2!

    Please help me! I will appreciate all feedback and help you can give me, or even alternative foods, recipes.

    Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit

    Lunch: (forgot dinner and had to eat out :sigh:) Baked Sweet potato, Oregano, Basil, Tomato and onion sauce. Carrots and spinach. Turkey Mince meat balls - 2 syns

    Dinner: Bangers and Mash - Potatoes, F/F fromage frais, peas, herbs, 2 x stock cubes, Onions, carrots, Green beans, Cauliflower, 2x Linda Mcartney Sausages - 2 syns, Mini Flapjack - 2syns

    Snack - 1 Twix stick - 7 syns

    No HEX A/B :confused:

    Total Syns - 15!! :break_diet:

    Breakfast: Small tin of beans on 2 x 400 wholemeal bread (HEX B)

    Lunch: Left over bangers and mash from yesterday- Onions, Carrots, Green Beans, Cauliflower - 2x Linda Mcartney Sausages - 2 syns, 1 TSP Gravy granules - 1 syn

    Dinner: Curry type dish - Chicken, Herbs, F/F natural yoghurt, Passata, onions
    Syn free Onion Bhaji - onion, spices, 2 egg yolks, smash, water (did not go to plan :confused:)
    Brown Rice


    HEX A - 2x Cathedral city 12g cheddar blocks

    Drinks
    • 500 ml bottle of water - 4
    • sugar free orange squash 500 ml - 1
    • Options hot chocolate - 1 - 2 syns

    Total Syns - 7!!
