Im on Day 3 so still pretty new to this!

Breakfast;
Banana 0pp

Weetabix 3pp
150ml skimmed milk 1pp
Cereal bar 3pp

Lunch;
Salad 0pp
2x eggs 4pp
100g crumbed ham 3pp
2x plums 0pp
Banana 0pp

Dinner
210g chicken 5pp
60g dw rice 6pp
Tomato based sauce and veg 0pp
Banana 0pp

Sweet Chilli snack a jacks x 2 5pp
Asda biscuit bar 3pp

Any suggestions?

I dont like salad dressing and Ill buy semi skimmed milk next week!

hi kim

if i was you i would be careful with the bananas and seriously consider pointing them if you have more than one a day.

they work out at 3 points each when pointed as they have a lot of sugar in them.

i stopped having bananas at all because my weightloss stalled when i was having them, i just have one occasionally now.
you might be ok with them but thought i'd mention it.

WW chicken pasta ready meal 6pp

Dinner;
5 Meat free meatballs 3pp
60g dw spaghetti 6pp

I have 7pp left, Im going out tonight but not drinking so will stick to diet pepsi so wont need to leave any points for that. May go all out and have a wispa as I've been craving one!

I had some ham whilst waiting for my dinner, I was so so hungry! So may have to dip into weeklies if im really feeling the need for chocolate!

I have a banging headache, hoping its just lack of fluids as I havent drank much today

Headache didnt go away in the end. Had a nap and drank water and nothing. Felt quite ill in the evening so wasnt much fun last night!

They were Asdas own I think, they were bread crumbed sort of, didnt notice til I went to cook them! Not very good at keep this up but I do track using e-source, its my savior!

has ww soup got any better?
the last time i tried it it tasted awful,really bland and watery, i've not tried it since and that was a few years ago lol

i shouldn't be reading diaries at this time ,it's making me hungry.

It was alright actually! It was the veg one, quite chunky, a bit bland though. I haven't tried the tomato because it was horrible before, will pluck up the courage to try that one next

oh right,i'm not a great kitkat lover anyway but they do sound a little drab lol

on you're recommendation i won't try them :)
