Lose 1 stone in 7 weeks :)

    Hi,

    I'm 20 and a 2nd year university student.

    I'm not overweight at 5ft8 and 147lb but before uni I weighed about 134lb with my lowest weight being 131lb...

    I'm currently at the highest weight I've ever been due to being a BIG snacker (biscuits, toast, chocolate...) and I want to lose one stone to take me back to my pre-uni weight. I'm starting to find my usual size 10 clothes a bit of a squeeze and don't feel as confident in myself :(

    To do this I plan to cut out all snacking (apart from fruit), keep an eye on my portion sizes and eat as clean as possible as well as exercising (gym, fitness classes, running) at least -4x a week.

    If I write it all on here and check in regularly I have to do it!

    So wish me luck and I'll let you know how I get on!

    So today's diet so far... I planned to get up early to go running, then food shopping and then to the gym, but I ended up in bed until nearly midday :O

    Did a healthy food shop and had a small bowl of cereal at 2ish.

    Tonight I'm going out for dinner with my boyfriend, going to an Itallian restuarant so plan on having just a main course, nothing too calorific!

    Ended up going to Cafe Rouge and having duck confit with dauphinoise potatoes followed by sticky toffee pudding at Slug and Lettuce... Sooooo bad but so good!

    Not feeling bad about it as all I ate yesterday was cereal then dinner and dessert so my overall calories weren't too high!

    Today have had a slice of peanut butter on toast and an apple and plan to have fish and asparagus (yum) tonight.

    Not feeling any difference yet but confident that in the next 10 days my stomach will be feeling flatter and tighter :)
