Breakfast: porridge with soya milk (HEXa and b), blueberries and raspberries

Lunch: chicken salad and fresh sushi

Tea: fish (10.5) with wedges and peas, green beans and carrots

Snacks: ice lolly (3)

Today's food diary Tuesday extra easy

Breakfast: Special K with soya milk (HEXa and b), bacon and beans and a bowl of melon (was hungry this morning lol)

Lunch: jacket potato with chicken curry

Tea: chicken seasoned with barbecue and Cajun seasoning and fried in fry light in a pitta (6) with lettuce and mayo (1) and a corn on the cob

Syns: 7

Exercise: 45 minute spin class and 30 minute core class

Thank you yea I managed to get half of the damage off hopefully get the other half of this week. How are getting on?
Most of the food I'm making is from that new family feasts on a budget really good.

Lunch: mcdonalds (I know bad! But at least it was beginning of the week)

Tea: beef hotpot with green beans and carrots

Drinks: water and diet coke

Exercise: 1 hour combat tabatta was hard!
 
Yesterday Friday food diary extra easy

Didn't really do much went food shopping and spent a fortune as usual if only we didn't need to eat id be skinny and rich hehe!

Breakfast: toast (HEXb), apple and pear

Lunch: Special K moment (2.5), quavers (4.5)

Tea: chicken and bacon rosti with green beans, carrots and peas

Snacks: mullerlight, banana and flat peach

Drinks: diet coke, sf juice and water

Exercise: 45 minute spin class
 
I'm getting in ok thanks. I'm 1.5lbs away from 3 1/2 stone loss. I really want it this week. I love some of the recipes in the new book, I think I'll be cooking lots of our meals from it.

Wow fingers crossed for you then that's so good you must be proud of yourself!
I think that book has to be one of my favourites aswell as the Asia one that's got great recipes in.
 
I love the Asia book too. We love the chicken yakitori and the Burmese coconut curry. Whenever I cook from the Asia book, it always feels like we're having a takeaway.

Saturday night I had my parents and sister down for tea for indian night to say thanks for helping me out with talia.

Breakfast: mushrooms and poached eggs on toast (HEXb)

Lunch: alpen light (3)

Tea: indian feast Sw
starters- onion bhaji, samosa and poppadom and chutney (all Sw friendly can't remember the syn value they were from the curry heaven book)
Mains- chicken tikka masala with pilau rice
Dessert- chocolate Swiss roll (3)

Snacks: chocolate with the movie afterwards oops!

Drinks: half a bottle of wine with my mum, water and diet coke

Sunday food diary extra easy

Had a busy day Sunday took little one around my oh's Nan's to see all of his family as they haven't met her yet, then just came home later on and chilled out while oh went pub.

Breakfast: bacon sandwich, pear and apple

Lunch: roast beef with potatoes, cabbage, carrots and gravy (2)

Tea: pizza (I know bad but was hungry and really didn't want to cook just for me)

Snacks: mullerlight, nectarine, apple

Drinks: water and diet coke

Monday food diary extra easy

Didn't really do much today just stayed in all day and went gym this evening

Breakfast: Special K with almond milk (HEXa and b), pear and nectarine

Lunch: veggie fried rice- cooked rice fried with green beans, red chilli, garlic, ginger, red pepper, light and dark soy sauce, spring onions, celery and chicken

Tea: gammon steak with egg, corn on cob, green beans, carrots and peas

Snacks: peach, mullerlight, quavers (4.5)

Drinks: diet coke, water and sf juice

Exercise: 1 hour body combat
