Lose baby weight mission

Wow that muffin looks sooo good, how was it made and using which ingredients? x

They are lovely to make the sausage patty it's extra lean mince pork, salt, pepper and onion granules. Then to make the egg round I put it into a ramekin and cooked in the microwave, then bacon, 2 cheese singles and a wholemeal muffin.

Will update my full food diary for yesterday in a bit. I didn't do it yesterday as I went to bed early felt really sick and had a stomach ache.
 
Yesterday's Monday food diary extra easy

Breakfast: Sw version double sausage, bacon egg mcmuffin (HEA and B), pear

Lunch: bowl of persimmon with peach yogurt, vanilla yogurt and pack of wotsits (4.5)

Tea: steak with peas and mushrooms

Snacks: clementine, 1 advent chocolate (1), 1 thorntons advent (3) and lemon doughnut :-( (9.5)

Drinks; diet coke and sf juice

Exercise: 1 hour body combat

Syns: 18 so not to many over because of the stupid doughnut I blame mother lol

Today's Tuesday food diary extra easy

Breakfast: big bowl porridge (HEB and 1) made with almond milk (HEA), banana and cinnamon and a clementine

Lunch: ham, pickled onions, gerkins, an apple and a activia yogurt

Tea: gammon steak, egg, potatoes with peri peri salt, peas and carrots

Snacks: advent chocolate (1), 2 thorntons advent (6), gammon shank meat, 1/2 a doughnut (4.5)

Drinks: water, diet coke and coffee

Exercise: 45 mins spin and 30 mins core class

Syns: 12.5
 
Morning so it's weigh in day today feeling nervous as I had a couple of naughty bits this week but fingers crossed!
Breakfast is bran flakes with almond milk and pomegranates

Morning well after weigh in last night as always I have a treat night I always have done and it's never affected me but I ended up having dominos pizza and felt really bad for eating it afterwards maybe I'm completely turning over a new leaf don't get me wrong it tasted great while I was eating it but soon after I just felt so guilty on my body.

Food is looking tasty :) especially the muffin, I haven't made that in a long time. It might have to be my post nights breakfast treat next week.
I used to have a weigh night blow out and it never effected my weight loss either but after a while I did think why am I doing this and do I enjoy it. Now I make our favourite slimming world fake away and have half a bar of Oreo chocolate. Still slightly over syns but I enjoy it so much more. Saying all of that dominos does sound delicious.

Aw it was lovely, and I can't believe you can have it on plan. I think I might try to eat something not so bad and maybe save those sorts of things for special occasions like when I get the next stone award or something. I always have to have chocolate though if I didn't I don't think I could stick to plan properly each week. I'm even more annoyed because tomorrow night I'm going to frankie and Benny's for Christmas meal with my Sw class and nothing is healthy, really need to be good this week I think.

Tea: roast soy duck (1.5) with pak choi and sweet potato mash

Snacks: 1 dairylea triangle (HEA), activia yogurt, grapes, advent chocolate (1), thorntons advent (3)

Drinks: diet coke, water, coffee (HEA)

Syns: 8.5

Ooh, I love frankie and bennies but haven't allowed myself to go there for ages.
Ipad mini is a nice treat. Enjoy! We have bought one for the girls Xmas present from us so I'm hoping I'll get to play on it once they are in bed.

I don't mind it but they don't sell anything healthy lol. Haha that will be the only chance you get to play on it, they are great because now I won't run my battery down on my phone by midday. Early Xmas present to myself I did the buy now pay later so was great.

Aw damn it I took a picture of my breakfast this morning, thought id already posted it so deleted it, and just realised I didn't damn!

Well breakfast was apple, banana, a sprinkle of bran flakes (2.5), activia yogurt and pomegranates.

I have saved my HEA because I know I have cheese on my meal tonight as we have to pre order and i think I'm going to tweak my B choice today aswell as I'm having some sort of bread at the restaurant, so will syn my bran flakes.
