Lose clothes?

I know there are a lot struggling at the moment...I had a hard week after only losing 2lb's in week 2 :( but I kept going because when I went into work people commented that I'd lost weight :) I went home that day and tried on some clothes I had that had gone too tight to be comfrtable...they fit :) :) :)

had my weigh in yesterday and lost 4lb's yipeee!!

Thats my incentive for this week....I want some of my "fat" clothes to be too big by the end of week 4!

I find measuring myself really helps to as it's another sign of success along side baggy clothes and the scales. Despite having two low weeks I noticed that my shape and measurements had shrunk a little more !!! Horay.

Thats fantastic news!!! congrats! I now have collar bones again. I missed them!
